If you've got a piece of equipment that needs some TLC from Horizon Solutions, please fill out the Repair Service Request Form below or give us a call at 1-800-698-8796, and we'll set you up with an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.
Once you've got that, send the item our way along with the RMA number attached. We want to make sure we give your gear the attention it deserves. Remember the more info you can share about what's going on, the quicker we can get it fixed up for you.
